Warranty 


Our jewellery is meticulously handcrafted in our Toronto studio, using premium materials and undergoing thorough quality inspections. We offer a lifetime warranty covering all manufacturing defects and craftsmanship-related issues. This warranty does not extend to damage caused by normal wear, such as metal wear, stone damage, breakage due to wear, neglect, accidental damage, or loss. To help prevent stone loss, we recommend having your jewellery inspected annually, as settings can loosen over time with regular use. Please note that any repair made by a goldsmith not approved by Nik Jewellery will void the warranty.

 

Repairs 


For any Nik Jewellery pieces that require repair, please contact to our customer service team at info@nikjewellery.com. Be sure to include your name, a description of the issue, a photo, and proof of purchase.

If your piece is eligible for repair, we will issue a return authorization (RA) number along with specific shipping instructions. Please be aware that returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Shipments that do not adhere to the provided shipping instructions will be returned to the sender at their cost. Upon receiving the item, we will provide a repair quote. The customer is responsible for all repair-related charges, including service and shipping fees.

Repairs typically take 4-6 weeks to complete.
