Hamed Nik was born in 1984 and raised in a family where gold dust and gemstones were part of everyday life. He studied philosophy, but the pull of the bench was stronger than the pull of the classroom. By fifteen, he was already crafting jewelry, learning the same skills his father and grandfather had practiced for decades.
