Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Custom-made, personalized, or engraved pieces are non-refundable.To start a return, please contact us at info@nikjewellery.com with reason for return.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
