Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved pieces are non-refundable.To start a return, please contact us at  info@nikjewellery.com  with reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or greater value (price difference will apply).

  • Please contact us before sending any items for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
