At Nik Jewelry, we take great care to ensure your order is delivered safely, securely, and on time.
Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped from our studio in Toronto, Canada.


1. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: Processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Made-to-order or custom pieces: Require 2–4 weeks for production before shipping (depending on the design).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Options

We offer insured shipping across Canada and internationally.

  • Canada: Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $500 CAD.

  • International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service.

  • Express or rush shipping options are available at an additional cost.


3. Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Nik Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received tracking information within the estimated processing time, please contact us at info@nikjewellery.com


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are insured during transit.
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


7. In-Store Pickup (Toronto)

Local pickup in Toronto is available by appointment.
Please contact us after placing your order to schedule your pickup time.
